Adolf Hitler, Fromelles 1916

There is plenty of evidence that Hitler participated in the Battle of Fromelles. It’s strange how the course of history could have been changed in this blood bath.

I came across the following site that illustrates his service during 1916: http://www.hitlerpages.com/pagina101.html

I believe he would have been facing the British 61st Division, rather than the Australians, but I have not discovered any firm evidence either way. I would really appreciate any further information.
